This holiday farms offers amazing views of an area thickly covered with woods and hiking tracks to enjoy its fauna and flora. An out-of-the-way place, at the same time near and far away, dedicated to organic farming, bio-architecture and eco-friendly and organic  furniture ( the modern rooms have latex mattresses and beds with adjustable slats ). Lasagne with vegetables, pressed pasta, tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle. Mixed roasts of pork, lamb and veal. Homemade tarts and cakes (fruit tart, rice cake, ricotta cheese cake, jam tarts, lemon crumble, ciambella, cookies). Crescentine and Tigelle ( flat breads ). Various homemade liqueurs. Changing menu according to the season and special dishes upon request. Wines: Colli Bolognesi, Pignoletto, Barbera.
